Professor Jiang CHANG is a Changjiang Scholar, a prestigious title awarded by China’s Ministry of Education. He also serves as theLeadExpert for the Major Project of the National Social Science Fund of China, titled “Digital Journalism Studies: Theories, Methods, and Practices.”He has published extensively in English, Chinese, and French on the evolving landscape of media culture in China and on Chinese digital feminist activism. His authored books includeOn Digital Media Ecosystem: Automation, Posthuman, and ActivismandA History of Chinese Television: 1958–2008. His research has appeared in internationally renowned journals such asInternational Journal of Cultural Studies,Journal of Contemporary China,European Journal of Cultural Studies,Critical Arts, among others.Professor Chang has received numerous national and international awards in recognition of his academic excellence.
